high speed elevator guide rail production line

We invested 1.156 billion RMB in the Project of 0.5 million per year high
speed elevator guide rail production line, which covers an area of over 265000 m2 with overall construction area 182925 m2 and production area 179925 m2.
This project is encouraged by “2011 Industrial Structure Adjustment catalogue” published by China National Reform and Development Committee. The main technology of this project adopts the state of the art elevator guide rail producing technology home and abroad. With optimizing and improving based on absorption of the existing technology, the overall equipment level of this elevator guide rail production line will be fundamentally upgraded. This production line uses the advanced high speed broaching machine processing technic, with key process adopting the self-innovated external frequency and inherent frequency resonance technique and full auto laser exam device. The workshop uses solar cell technology for power supply to office use and other green technologies such as ground source heat pump air conditioning system promoted by the government. The main products will be all kinds of solid guide rail, hollow guide rail, staircase guide rail, guide rail connecting parts, etc. The production capacity will be solid guide rail 390,000 mt per year, hollow guide rail 50,000 mt per year, staircase guide rail 40,000 mt per year and elevator parts 20,000 mt per year. Upon putting into production, the project will reach the scale of 500,000 mt per year production capacity, 5 billion RMB revenue and 1 billion RMB of profit and tax. The whole project will be finished by 3 stages, and within the 12th five year plan, we will build up a high speed guide rail producing and researching base with first class quality, biggest producing capacity and leading position in this industry.
