Sintering Plant
Sintering plant is responsible for raw materials storage, distribution, palletizing and sintering production. It is equipped with two sets of 12 m2 vertical furnaces, one set of 180 m2 sintering facility and a stock yard of more than 150,000 m2, as well as supporting material piling and claiming facility and the related transporting equipment. In August 2010, our company started the project of updating the level of equipments in accordance with the three-year strategic development plan and eliminating backward production capacity, and from that time we totally invested over 120 million RMB to the 180 m2 new sintering project, which was put into production in April 2011. This project was the company first important investment projects since its formation, introducing advanced equipment and technology both at home and abroad. And we take energy conservation, production optimization, quality improvement, and production efficiency as the goals of the new sintering project. Meanwhile, by constructing the supporting environment protection and dust elimination equipment, we have successfully achieved the inter-process balance of production, and realized a reduction of around 3500 MT SO2 emissions and a saving of around 20% energy every year.

Iron Making Plant
Iron making plant is our company's core production plant, and it is responsible for the pig iron production. It is equipped with three 550 m3 blast furnaces. From June 2010, our company has invested 100 million RMB to implement the comprehensive upgrade project of the blast furnaces, which was finished in May 2011. Iron making plant follows the principle of safety and stability that is equal to high yield. By reinforcing the foundation of management work, Iron-making plant has been kept safe and stable production with main production index at a leading level in this industry. And in the past two years, in order to control production cost, we have successfully explored a way of using non-mainstream, low-grade materials based on production reality and market situation. In July 2011, the 3 x 550 m3 TRT project started, with a total investment of 56 million RMB. Now the 2 sets of TRT facilities have been put into operation therefore we have realized the recycling of resources and achieved substantive steps forward on green development.

steel making plant 
Steel making plant has four 50 MT convertors, five four-strand continuous casters, three 50 MT ladle furnaces. The main products include a variety of quality carbon structural steels, structural alloy steel. In March 2011, the high quality convertor project was carried out and was finished by the end of 2011. The project includes one set of four strand continuous alloy caster, two 50 MT ladle furnaces and the supporting first and second stage dust eliminating system, power distribution system. The new high quality convertor can produce 0.5 million MT average steel into high quality steel. It has introduced several advanced technology and is capable to produce hot rolled seamless steel tube, oil well pipe and other special products.
This key project is a milestone progress on our way to high quality development, and it will push forward development mode transformation and upgrading.
